She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Petrik; and her brother Marlin. She is survived by: her children, Richard Petrik (Danna) and Nancy Kindred; and her sister Lois Hartman. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and 11 great and great-great-grandchildren.
