The memory of Gregorio R. Garcia of Brewster, Kansas, born in Karnes City, Texas, who passed away on November 14, 2024 at the age of 73, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacinto Garcia and Francisca Garcia; and his siblings, Anita Morin, Lucia Martinez, Maria Villegas, Angelita Alaniz, Salome Alaniz, Juan Garcia, Martin Garcia, Pablo Garcia, Susano Garcia and Amadeo Garcia.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Garcia of Brewster; his children, Gregorio Garcia Jr., Johnny Garcia, Angelita Garcia of Brewster and Francisca Anderson (Garcia) of Lawrenceville, GA; and his brother Jesus Garcia. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, and twenty great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Baalmann Mortuary - Colby (190 S Franklin Ave, Colby, KS 67701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at the Beulah Cemetery (740 S Country Club Dr, Colby, KS 67701).
