He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Riemer and Frieda Riemer (Butherus); his wife Wilberta Summers; and his son Alan E. Riemer. He is survived by: his children, Steven K. Riemer (Cyd) of Shawnee, Kansas and Sandra K. Moon (David) of Kansas City, Kansas; his daughter-in-law Risa Riemer of Overland Park; his sister Janet Griswold of Laurie, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Steven Riemer, Jr. (Mandy), Pier Masterson (Frank), Caitlin Terry (Bud), Haleigh Solar (John), Kyle Riemer, Brian Riemer (Carli), Shannon Biermann (Derek), Natalie Moon and Jonathan Moon; and his great grandchildren, Sofia, Grayson, Griffin, Cydney, Reed, Jack, Layla, Audrey, Charlotte, Lachlyn, Caroline and Annie.
