She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wollin and Rose Emille Wollin (Oertwig); her siblings, Erna, Laurna, Velera, Mart and Walter; and her son Stan Knecht.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Marla J. Quigley and Martin Knecht; her great grandchildren, Zachary Quigley and Colton Quigley; and her husband Clarence Knecht.
Memorial contributions may be made in Viola's honor to Augsburg Lutheran Church and will be accepted at the funeral home.
