She is survived by: her children, Pam, William Jacobs (Julie) of Versailles and Pamela Monn (Mark) of Bonner Springs; her grandchildren, Samyra Jacobs (Mike Merola), Richard Jacobs, Justin Monn (Megan), Blair Monn and Raechel Monn (Mitchell Marion); and her great grandchildren, Chayce Richardson, Jackson Jacobs and Madelyn Merola.
