He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra V. Blanz; his parents, Norma Jean and John F. Blanz; and his brothers, Johnny Blanz and Richard Blanz.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Milton (Deanna), Bobby Milton and Ricky Milton; and his siblings, Linda Behrent, Susan Baty, Denise Reedy and Gene Blanz. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, as well as many friends.
