He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bozworth and Cyrena Bozworth (Mason); and his former wife Helen Sacks. He is survived by: his wife Carole Prather (Grigsby); his children, Kay Miller (Doug) of Lawrence and Rex Bozworth (Karen) of Sedalia, Missouri; his stepdaughters, Amy Hind of Madison and Megan Rauschenberger (John) of Navarre Beach, Florida; and his grandchildren, Samantha Losson (Ryan), Shelby Miller, Derby Miller, Rae Hutchison (Carl), Shannon Woodmansee (Josh), Allen Bozworth (Clarisa) and Katie Heimsoth (Justin). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
