He was predeceased by: his significant other Euteva Villines. He is survived by: his siblings, Guy and Gladys Burdine (Harp); his daughter Denise Cook of Turner, KS; his stepdaughter Angie Bohndorf (Jared) of Shawnee, KS; his grandchildren, Erica Wiseman, Jeffrey Cook, Lucas and Blake Bohndorf; his great grandchildren, Eric and Luke Robb; and his sister Nancy Brasel (Jerry) of Jasper, AR. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
