He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Surbaugh and Anna Surbaugh (Bowes); and his wife Lois E. Surbaugh. He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Bach (Keith) of Basehor, KS.; his granddaughter Angela Clements (Alan) of Burnet, TX.; his siblings-in-law, Agnes Martin (John) of St. Mary's, KS. and Dick Mehrwin of Alamo, TX.; and his niece Lori Martin of Lenexa, KS. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Shawnee, KS.
