She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Cooper and Erma Cooper (Friend). She is survived by: her sister Mona Foster; her son Theron Miller; and her siblings, Imagene Pierce of Lebanon Missouri, Pauline Adkisson of Springfield, Sue Murphy of Mountain Grove, Missouri, Darrell Cooper of Mountain Grove and Harold Copper of Thornfield, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Norma's name to the American Cancer Society.
