She is survived by: her spouse Dale H. Adam; her children, Robert D. Adam and Annette M Myers; her grandchildren, Chez Adam, Sean Myers, Philip Adam and Tyler Adam; her great grandchildren, Sydney, Semain, Cassius, Cassandra, Monica, Michael Vanderpool, Kadence Myers, Arya, Atticus, Emma and Brooke Adam; and her great great grandchildren, Rosalee and Beau VanBebber. She is also survived by her friends but most of all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Family requests that donations be made to Harbor hospice in lieu of flowers.
