He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Lee. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Pettigrew; his mother Dorothy Bretthorst; his siblings, David Lee of Bonner Springs, KS. and Jolinda Allerdings (Clinton) of Plevna, MT.; his nieces, Brandi Allerdings of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and Nicole Allerdings of Spearfish, SD.; his parents-in-law, Joyce and Bill Pettigrew; and his grandfather-in-law Goldie Clemons.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the United Methodist Church of Bonner Springs, KS.
