It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Courtney (Bonner Springs, Kansas), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on August 19, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Jewell Peters and Woodrow Wilson Peters; and her sister Sharon Kaighen. She is survived by: her husband Gary Courtney; her children, Steven Courtney (Sheri), Jeffry Courtney (Jennifer), Christine Riley (Philip), Elizabeth Cook (Jason), Andrew Courtney (Samantha) and Christopher Courtney (Kaitlin); and her siblings, Ron Peters (Linda) and Kathy Boyers.
In lieu of plants or flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Elm Grove Baptist Church in her memory.
