He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Johnson and Gladys Johnson; his wife Annabelle Johnson; his siblings, Donald, Wayne, Frank, Robert, Dennis, Shirley Konkel and Nancy Ferguson; his grandson Christopher "Buck" Johnson; and his great grandchild Haylie Reeve Boatwright.
He is survived by: his son John C.; and his grandsons, Aaron and Matthew.
