He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Duckworth and Nelly Duckworth (Pat); his wife Frances Duckworth; his sons, John Duckworth Jr. (Tish) of Shawnee, KS and Mark Duckworth (Debbie) of Grain Valley, MO.; his great grandchildren, John David III (Kelsie), Andrew Duckworth (Shelby), Devin Duckworth of Shawnee, KS, Cassidy Duckworth of Basehor, KS and Shane Duckworth of Grain Valley, MO.; and also, Camden of Shawnee, KS and Maverick of Overland Park, KS. He was also cherished by his five grandchildren and spouses.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Monticello United Methodist Church.
