He is survived by: his daughter Kristin Adams (Tyler) of Shawnee, KS.; his grandchildren, Sydney Sprague, Mayson Sprague, Mikah Adams and Brady Adams; and his brother Richard Lee (Lorraine) of Shawnee, KS.
