She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Theno and Margaret Theno; her husband Virden Tate; her brother Lawrence Theno Jr.; and her daughter Vickie Sue Tate Kotay.
She is survived by: her son Steven Tate (Jennifer); her son-in-law Miles Kotay; and her granddaughters, Katy Langford (Bill), Rachel Tate, Kerriann Gill, Hufford Kotay (Grant) and Lindsay Kotay.
