He is survived by: his wife Betty Hollister; his daughters, Heather Gilges (Jason) and Amy Vandeloo (Asa); his grandchildren, Ashley Gilges, Trentyn Gilges and Ada Vandeloo; his father Wayne Hollister; and his siblings, Helen Dixon and Lloyd Hollister. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
