We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2023, at the age of 87, Dorothy Bretthorst of Bonner Springs, Kansas, born in Effingham, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Bushnell and Margaret Bushnell; her brother Larry Bushnell; her brother-in-law Richard Everhart; her husband George Bretthorst; and her stepson Mark Lee.
She is survived by: her former husband Herbert Lee; her granddaughters, Brandi and Nicole Allerdings; her children, David Lee of Bonner Springs, KS and Jolinda Allerdings (Clinton) of Plevna, MT.; her daughter-in-law Kim Lee of Springdale, Ark; and her sister Marjorie Everhart.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Bonner Springs United Methodist Church.
