It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don R. Mills of Bonner Springs, Kansas, who passed away on December 14, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Mills (Anderson) and Benny Mills of Bonner Springs; and his brother Jack Mills. He is survived by: his wife Melba Mitchell of Bonner Springs; his brother Ben Mills; his niece Patti Mills Deranek; his great-nephew Darren (Molly) of Bonner Springs; his great-nieces, Tara of Bonner Springs and Andrea of Bonner Springs; his nephew Kenny Mills of Paola, KS.; and his stepchildren, Mary Deon Mitchell, Maurice Mitchell, II (Carolyn) of Shawnee, KS., Michael Mitchell (Tricia) of Basehor, KS., Monte Mitchell (Marty) of Lenexa, KS., Murry Mitchell (Anette) of Leavenworth, KS. and Marc Mitchell (JoAnn) of Martinez, CA.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
