With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Del Henry (Bonner Springs, Kansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Doris Henry (Anderson); and his siblings, Glenn Henry and Peggy Goldsberry. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Henry; his children, Mike Henry of Piper, KS., Patrick Henry (Sara) of Piper, KS., John Henry of Piper, KS., Lisa Henry of Piper, KS., Billie Leonard (Jared) of Piper, KS. and Dale Henry (Kristen) of Piper, KS.; and his mother-in-law Delpha Scott.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Alden Harrington Funeral Home (214 Oak St, Bonner Springs, KS 66012). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at the Maywood Cemetery (11201 Parallel Pkwy, Kansas City, KS 66109).
