He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Jim Erickson; his father-in-law Floyd Logsdon; his wife Angie Erickson (Logsdon); his children, Noah Erickson (Rachel) of Bonner Springs, Abbey and Luke Erickson; his stepmother Reba Erickson of Bonner Springs, KS.; his mother-in-law Betty Logsdon of Bonner Springs; his grandmother Julie Park of Jefferson City, MO.; and his siblings, Angela McPike of Columbia, MO., Rebecca Stevenson (Jarod) of Bonner Springs, KS., Tim Erickson (Carmen) of Montezuma, KS., Logan Park (Robbie) of Kansas City, MO. and Hunter Park of Jefferson City, MO.. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, his family strongly suggests memorial contributions be made to Fellowship West for programs David loved being a part of and supported in every way he could.
