With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlene Frakes (Bonner Springs, Kansas), who passed away on June 12, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer L. Frakes; and her daughter Tammy Sue. She is survived by: her children, David Frakes (Patricia) of Kansas City, KS, Larry Frakes (Janet) of Cassville, MO, Melinda Blaine of Shawnee, KS, Julie Frakes and Charles Frakes (Ina) of Shawnee, KS. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Crossroads Hospice or the Monticello Community Historical Society in care of the funeral home.
