He was predeceased by: his parents, James Donahy and Elizabeth Donahy (Kilduff); and his sister Kathleen Razor of Denver. He is survived by: his daughter Amy Passalacqua (Marc) of Sammamish, Washington; his sister Dr. Jane Adams of Topeka, Kansas; his grandsons, Sam and Drew Passalacqua of Sammamish, Washington; his niece Sarah Adams of Topeka, Kansas; his nephews, James Adams of Topeka, KS and Blaine Razor of Denver, Colorado; and his caregiver April Ward.
