It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorena Wilcox of Blue Rapids, Kansas, born in Marysville, Kansas, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garnet Sharleen Wilcox (Singleton) and Robert Wilcox; and her brother William "Bill" Wilcox. She is survived by: her former spouse Rankin Swearingen; her children, Amber Swearingen of Blue Rapids, Jackie Swearingen of Wymore, Nebraska and Shane Shanek of Belvue; her siblings, Bryon Wilcox, Bob Wilcox (Cathy), Jon Wilcox (Deb Long), Randy Wilcox, Vicki Morgan (Scott Mahin) and Rene Smith (Ken); her grandchildren, Zoe, Rylee, Ashlynne, Blaise, Skylar, Ryker and Maverick; and her stepfather Tim Davis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
