She was predeceased by: her brother Joseph Brungardt. She is survived by: her parents, Michael Brungardt and Holly Brungardt (Goeckel) of Emma's Rodeo Rolls; her close friend Wesley King; her siblings, Elizabeth Grate (Laurence), Heather Mitchell (Joshua), William Moore, Sophie Simmet and Anna Brungardt; and her grandparents, Timothy, Catherine Gastmann, Jerry Goeckel, Arthur, Frances Davenport and Melvin Brungardt. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers a fund has been established to help Emma's family with expenses.
