He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilmer "Will" V. and Jacqueline "Jackie" Carter (Jehle); his sons, Alex Mandeville of Enid, Marshall Carter (Shannon) of Harrisonville and David Carter of Enid; his grandchildren, Draven, Kayden, Khloe, Taryn, Corben Mandeville and Marek Carter; his brother David Carter of Grand Island, Nebraska; and his sons, James Hensley and Josaiah Kremeier. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
