He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles E. Bowen and Amelia Mae Bowen (Foley); his wife Beverly D. Bowen; and his sons, William Craig Bowen (Joanie) of Sedalia and Brian Bowen of Buckner. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
