He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Kern and Wilma Kern (Baldwin); his former spouse Robbin Loomas; his spouse Tracy McCann; his daughters, Donnie Winter (Austin), Jessica Kern, Michelle Scott (Troy) and Seana Overby; his siblings, Brian Kern (Bonnie), Angie Bisnett (Mike) and Terry Kern; his grandchildren, Charlie Winter, Tyler Morris, Kendall Morris, Rylee Wamsher, Casen Wamsher, Keyshawn Kearse, Keyosha Kearse and Keyante Kearse; and his nieces, Amanda, Casey and Shelby. He was also cherished by three great-grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
