It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Kroenke of Berryton, Kansas, born in Alma, Kansas, who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Kroenke; her son Gerald Kroenke; her daughters-in-law, Susan Kroenke and Denise Kroenke; and her sisters, Mary Lesline and Betty Hughes.
She is survived by: her children, Edith Catherine Hafenstein (Brower), Paul Kroenke of Holton, David Kroenke (Kathleen) of Tecumseh, Marlin Kroenke (Genevieve) of Springfield, Missouri and Catherine Atchison (Russell) of Berryton; her siblings, Herman J. Hafenstein (Sondra) of Topeka and Marge Tomko of Centennial, Colorado; and her pet Andy. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
