He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Scott (Valeria), Kent (Sandy) and Paula Serrien (Karl); and his sister-in-law Nita Boster. He was also cherished by five grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
The family kindly requests no flowers and ask that memorials be made to the United Church of Bennington or the Bennington Public Library.
