He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Ditson Howard; his children, Vince Howard of Wisconsin, Victoria Howard of Los Cruces, NM and Stephen Howard of Wichita; and his stepson Patrick Ditson of Mayor, AZ.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Bennington Bible Church.
