He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Errette and Opal Marie Slick (Coffield). He is survived by: his close friends, Kim, Cary and Ron; his brother Errette Jan Slick (Susan); his nieces, Alicia, Ariel and Mariah; his nephew Malachi; and his cousin Tom Slick.
