He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Kadel and Mary Kelly Kadel; and his wife Beverly. He is survived by: his children, Lynn (Kristen Kadel), Kevin Kadel (Holle Evert) and Stephanie Chancellor (Eric Lampert) of Beloit; his grandchildren, Ashten (Logan Higbee), Tate Kadel, Karody Kadel, Brayden Black, Bryce Black (Aubrey Wichers), Caylen Chancellor, Paige, Kara, Bryn and Ava Kniep; and his siblings, Robert (Janet Kadel) of Belleville, Terry (Larry Olson) of Hebron, NE, Cathleen Kelly of Dighton and Susan (Dennis Krier) of Concordia. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be given to Solomon Valley Hospice, Mitchell County Health Department, Beloit First Christian Church, or Scottsville Community Church.
