He is survived by: his pets, Matter and Cash; his daughters, E. Betty Morgan (Ebony) of Concordia, KS and Sunee Creighton of Colby, KS; his grandchildren, Morgan and Draiden Durham; and his siblings, Gary Patterson, Shelly Fisher of Davenport, IA, Christine Nash of Jackson, AL and Karla Creighton of Des Moines, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
