She is survived by: her former husband Wilbur Pruitt of Barnard, KS; her sons, Douglas Scott and Jan Milton of Bella Vista, Arkansas; her spouse Olan Chard; her son Doug (Roxy Stock Pruitt) of Beloit; her grandsons, Jeremy, Jordan and Jaron Pruitt; and her great grandchild Lakin Pruitt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; some step-sons and step-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Lottie Judd-Gregg Memorial Fund.
