He was predeceased by: his mother Glenda Sullivan (Steinshouer); his stepfather Allen Fisher Sr.; his siblings, Kindra Sullivan and Grant Sullivan; his grandparents, Glenn, Arline Steinshouer and Kendall Grace McCart; and also Jim Sullivan.

He is survived by: his son Korey Horacek (Janna Otte-Frederick); his siblings, Kathy McCart, Kirk Sullivan (Jeana) and Kent Sullivan (JoLee); his half-brothers, Brian Sullivan and Eric Sullivan; his nieces and nephews, Kaleb McCart (Rikki), Brady Sullivan, Tya Sullivan, Katy Sullivan and Kaci Sullivan; and his stepsiblings, Terry Haws and Allen Fisher Jr..
