She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene N. Jones and Eunice E. Jones (Lindgren); and her siblings, Jerry, Dick, Jim and Elaine.
She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Stacey Palmer (Shelly) and Tami Smith (Bob); and her sister Connie. She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Minneapolis Public Library and be mailed to the funeral home.
