He is survived by: his spouse Ruth Baxter (Eller); his children, Charissa Brummer (Mike) of Beloit, Troy Baxter (April) of Olive Branch, MS and Josh Bell (Melissa) of Beloit; his siblings, John Bell of Concordia and Mary Heidrick of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his siblings-in-law, Janet Specht of Beloit and Gordon Eller (Ann) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Vanessa Schwarz (Zachery), Cole Brummer, Blake, Parker, Ellee, Karlee, Tadd Baxter, Taylor Kibbee, Jacob Winkler, Payton, Paige and Lindsey Bell.
