It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen A. Schaffer of Beloit, Kansas, who passed away on July 15, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred LaCoe and Rose LaCoe (Watkins); her husband Gerald "Friday" Schaffer; and her siblings, Evert, Lavere, Luella Gilbert, Geneva Sands and Mildred.

She is survived by: her children, Larry, Janet, Betty, Mary and Connie. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.
