He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Peterson and Mable Peterson (Hill); and his siblings, Ivan, Kevin, Glen and Marilyn.
He is survived by: his siblings, John Peterson and Carolyn Blase. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
