She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Edwin Cottenmyre and Phillis Marie Cottenmyre Bottger (Beeson); her stepfather Robert "Bob" Bottger; her children, Christopher Cottenmyre and Raelene Henderson; and her brother Robert W. Cottenmyre.

She is survived by: her sons, Micheal Lewis of Kansas and Brent Lewis (Katlyn Wyant) of Troy Missouri; her grandchildren, Hinata, Jax, Trenton Zenger, Elora Henderson and Brock Henderson; and her siblings, Teresa Manus of Jewell, Karen Woolsey (Shawn), Jennifer Rolle of Belleville, KS, Mike Cottenmyre (Stacie) of Belleville, KS and Barry Bottger of Belleville, KS. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
