She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kolman and Amelia Kolman (Havel); her sons, Kerby and Timothy; and her siblings, Donald and Pauline.
She is survived by: her son Andrew; her husband Harry E. Chermak of Belleville, KS; and her sons, Harry J. Chermak of Burlingame, KS, Andy Chermak (Danette) of Hutchinson, KS and Ritchie Chermak (Teresa) of Brookville, KS. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
