She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lela Fraser and Ralph Fraser; her siblings, Gerald (Pat), Ray (Jeannie) and Mary; her significant other Charles Wilber; her son James; her daughter-in-law Marti Wilber (Valek); her children, Rebecca Lewis (Craig), Charlotte Sullivan (Blake), Susan Thomas (Zach) and Dan Wilber; her grandson Zachary Gagnon (Lindsay); and her children, Leah Gagnon (Caleb Lackey), Whitney (Casey Schwineinger), Audrey Sullivan, Shane Sullivan, Lucas Bergstrom, Sam Thomas, Cameron Wilber, Tobi Wilber and Sarah Taylor-Bergstrom. She was also cherished by 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Central Christian Church, North Central Kansas Health Care Foundation, or the Belleville Health Care Center can be made in Ruth's name.
