She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Horak and Elsie Horak; her husband Glen "Pete" Eickmann; her granddaughter Samantha; and her siblings, Johnny Horak, Sylvia Weaver and Judy Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Eickmann (Aimee) of Oskaloosa, KS and Kevin Eickmann (Amy) of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Kayla, Eleanor and Kate; and her sisters, Marcie Holloway of Belleville, KS and Donna Stehno of Hays, KS. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Memorials may be given to Midland Hospice, Topeka, KS.
