She is survived by: her husband William E Smith (Doc) of Belleville; her children, Steven (Ann) of Lexington, NC and Susan Jelinek (Terry) of Munden, KS; her grandchildren, Holly Giammanco (Joe) of Kansas City, MO, Tegan Smith of Huntersville, NC and Jadd Smith of Charlotte, NC; and her sister Rosa Geske of Mesa, AZ. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
