He was predeceased by: his father D. Elmer VanNortwick. He is survived by: his mother Ila Marie VanNortwick (Moe) of Belleville, KS; his daughters, Brandi Lewis (James) of Concordia, KS, Tabitha Deneault (Cody) of Belleville, KS and Jade Toledo (Kenny) of Chipley, Florida; his brother Lynn VanNortwick (Kim) of Belleville, KS; and his close friend Lisa Hedstrom of Belleville, KS. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandson, one nephew, two nieces.
Memorials are suggested to the Shriner's Hospital, St. Louis.
