He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lesovsky and Francis Lesovsky (Blazek); and his siblings, Leon, Glenn, George and Vincent (Bonnie).

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie M. Lichtenhan (Wiruth); his daughters, Raceile Owen (Roger) of Fort Morgan, CO and Victoria Kolars (Melvin) of Belleville; his grandchildren, Shelley Kuhlman (Kevin) of Belleville, Lynn Owen of Commerce City, CO, Jeff Kolars (Karen) of Apollo Beach, FL, Kevin Kolars of Ulysses, KS and Rick Owen (Julie) of Windsor, CO.; his great grandchildren, Trevor Kuhlman (Dani) of Linn, KS, Keely Hageman (Cody) of Spring Hill, KS, Kirsten Kolars (Kale Adams) of Nevada, MO, Trenton Kuhlman (Lucy) of Belleville, Trey Kuhlman of Belleville, Presten Kolars of Harrisonville, MO, Jackson and Harper Owen of Windsor, CO.; and his great great grandchildren, Indie Hageman, Karter Adams, Jaxxon Hageman, Tyra and Lannie Hanel.

Memorials are requested to the NCK Health Care Foundation or the Cuba American Legion, and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
