Lela Heiman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lela Heiman of Belleville, Kansas, who passed away on February 28, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Wiese and Merle Wiese; her husband Eugene Heiman; her sisters, Lola Streit and Joyce Kimmerer; and her daughter Jeannie Marie.
She is survived by: her sister Elaine Liddel; and her children, Steven (Diane), Reva, Roger (Barbara), Kathy (Brad), June Heiman (Jim), Jim (Julie), Jeff (Leia) and Jay. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and numerous extended family and friends.
Memorials may be given to the Diocese of Salina/Prayer in Action, Meadowlark Hospice, or the Republic County Senior Center.
