He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley N. Persinger and Evelyn Persinger (Mahan); and his siblings, Shirley Diane Howe, Lynn Persinger, Wesley "Corky" Persinger and Faylon Persinger.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gene Persinger (Willeta) of Hutchinson and Lyndal Frybarger (Donald) of Belleville; and his siblings-in-law, Sheila Persinger, Juanita Persinger and Daryl Howe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many friends.
